Todays workout

Today I did cardio dance. Walked 1 mile and did 20 min. of strength training.

I'm sore all over but a good long soak in Epsom's salt will put me right.
I'm starting to lose motivation. I know what I want and why I want it but I'm starting to fall off of the self motivation train. I'm getting tired!!!!
Help keep me going please!!!

wish me well :)

You stated that you are loosing motivation because you are tried. So lets determine why you are tried. Are you tried of doing the same routine, tried of not seening results or tried from lack of energy?

If its the energy I would suggest you work out when you have the most energy rather it be in the a.m. or p.m.. If it's the routine change up the routine. Are you just doing your walks on the treadmil at home or are you getting outside?

What also can help you stay
motivated is for you to find organization that you would like to walk for a cause for. The organization that I'm focusing on and will be doing is AIDs,Cancer, Stroke,March Of Dimes(did this last year), Diabetes and The Turkey trot. Of course I'll attend others but I'll walk for those causes.

So look in the community to see what they are offering and if you need any motivation please feel free to reach out to me. I'm NappCatcher on Nappturality or you can hit me up on my blog.

We are in this together!

Reflection gave you some awesome pointers and I only have one thing to add.

Is your family invested in your weight loss? You might find it easier if your kids or your husband helped you prepare healthy meals or if you involved them in your exercise. I'm sure they already love you for who you are and would be incredibly proud that you have set such a great and ATTAINABLE goal for yourself. If your family knows that you are trying to lose weight, they can be helpful reminders or motivators when you feel like you are slipping.

There's no need for feeling like you are alone in this struggle. You've got your family and you've got us. I'm positive you'll pull through this rough spot *thumbs up*
